Lisa Lewin is an accomplished operating executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience designing and executing growth strategies for education, media, and technology organizations. She is a change agent with a track record of steering businesses to market and financial success; passionate commitment to human-centered product and service design; recognized for cultivating high-performance teams; thought leader and charismatic spokesperson on topics ranging from digital transformation and education to entrepreneurship and ethics; exceptional communication skills and expertise working with C-suite executives and boards to build winning enterprises.

Ms. Lewin was the Managing Director of Technology Products at Pearson, the global learning company. She is responsible for setting strategy, driving digital product innovation, delivering revenue and income growth, and employing technology to shape the future of higher education. She was appointed to this role in August 2013 after an 18-month tenure leading Pearson’s Teacher Education division. Prior to joining Pearson, Lisa founded Mindgate Media, a New-York based educational media and technology consultancy. Under her leadership, Mindgate launched numerous educational websites and digital campaigns and created cutting edge instructional materials for independent producers, academic publishers, and institutions of higher learning. Prior to founding Mindgate Media, Lisa led strategic and operating initiatives at various divisions of The McGraw-Hill Companies.

Ms. Lewin has spoken at various industry conferences and frequently addresses corporate, not-for-profit, and academic audiences on topics ranging from digital transformation and education to entrepreneurship and ethics. Lisa earned her BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently resides in New York City with her husband and young daughter.
